How To Order

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING

If you would like to order any item off KT Miniatures website, please make a note of the exact reference of each item as it appears on the website listing (eg. Ref: A-Wooden Chairs @ £10.50) then email or ring me to reserve. The reserve will stay in place whilst payment is arranged. An order will be despatched usually next day (Monday – Friday only) once payment has been received. For payment options, please see further down this page.

If I am unavailable during the above hours please leave a message on my answerphone and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please remember to leave a phone number so that I can return your call – you’d be surprised how many people forget!

OR YOU CAN PAY ONLINE VIA PAYPAL – Whether you are an account holder with Paypal or not, you can make credit or debit card payments to me online via this secure payment method. If you choose to pay by this method, please let me know on ordering,  then I will email you a Paypal invoice. Once you have received the emailed Paypal invoice please follow the online instructions carefully on the invoice links and complete payment within 3 days of it being sent to you. PLEASE NOTE: Just occasionally some computer systems treat the Paypal invoice as spam. If you cannot see the Paypal invoice in your inbox, please check your spam box, as sometimes it is sent there. 

For Overseas Customers

Please Note that we are a UK based company – your order will be priced in British Pounds. 

Please state clearly which country you require the parcel to be despatched to when ordering, so that I can give you an accurate cost of postage. Unless the monetary value of the order is £20.00 or less, all overseas parcels will normally be sent by the insured International Tracked Delivery service.

ALTERNATIVELY FOR HIGH VALUE ORDERS WE CAN ACCEPT A  BANK TRANSFER IN BRITISH POUNDS – this will be an expensive payment method for you as you will be liable for bank fee but is acceptable on substantial orders. Please contact me if you need further information.


Postal Services

By Royal Mail

*All UK parcels under £20 in value can be posted by First Class Post with Certificate Of Posting. Overseas parcels under £20 of value will be posted by International Standard Delivery  with Certificate Of Posting.

*All parcels over £20.00 but under £50.00 in value must be posted by Signed For Delivery, so that it can be insured for loss or damage. Overseas parcels of this value will be sent by International Signed/Tracked, so that it can be insured for loss or damage.

*All UK parcels over £50 in value must be sent by Special Delivery, so that it can be insured for loss or damage. Overseas parcels of this value will be sent by International Signed/Tracked with relevant extended insurance for loss or damage.

Please Note: I do not despatch parcels on a Saturday.

*Some smaller and less valuable dolls houses may be despatched by Parcelforce however we usually advise you to collect an old dolls house in person where possible, due to the extreme fragility of the items. When ordering dolls houses please enquire about the alternative options if you cannot arrange local pick up.

*I can recommend www.williamsandhill.com for sending antique dolls houses overseas and within the UK. They are expensive but do the job properly.

I Do Not Charge For Packaging & Use Recycled Packaging Where Possible.
I often use recycled packaging so don’t be surprised if your parcel comes in a shoe box, a cat food box, etc.  This means that I never charge for packaging and also helps the environment and our green footprint too!


Returns & Cancellation Policy

You have a right to return the goods within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to do so, you will need to return goods in perfect condition in adequate packaging. Please contact me by email/ phone to arrange return of goods.  All  goods must be returned by the same delivery method as they were sent ie. adequately insured in case of damage or loss, at the expense of you the customer – unless the goods were faulty or damaged (please see Return Of Damaged Goods below). Goods are deemed your legal property until I have received them. Once the goods have been received  the cost of the returned item(s) minus the postage will be refunded (ie I will refund for the purchased item(s) only – not the postage).  Sorry but I cannot be responsible for any returned goods lost/damaged in the post. If this happens then you will need to take up the case yourself with the Royal Mail.

Return of Damaged Goods

I always endeavour to take great care on packing all parcels, however just sometimes due to the sheer nature of the fragility of these little treasures, damage can occur during transit. If goods do arrive damaged to you, please notify me immediately on receipt and return goods within 7 days of receipt by a signed for delivery method. Goods are deemed your legal property until I have received them. Then in these circumstances I will of course refund all monies in full including all postage costs.
