Antique Red Painted Metal Jug @ £14.50

Here is an old red painted metal jug, probably of German origin. It was when I was photographing the bottom of this jug, I felt that there is a faint mark that says GERMANY but not 100% sure.  It is in a relatively good played with condition, there is some wear and paint loss. It stands at a height of 1  5/8”.
