c1930s Britains Lead Cold Frame (064)  & Seed Box (069) @ £30.00

Here is a sought after Britains lead garden cold frame along with an increasingly rare Britains tiny lead seed box. The cold frame is in a well played with condition, considerable wear and marking to the paintwork…but I like to think it as having a wonderful “weathered” look and great character! It measures 1 3/4″ wide x 1 3/4″ long x 3/4″ at its highest point. The white lid has a handle and can slide in and out of the cold frame. The seed box really is tiny measuring just a fraction more than 1/2″ long and 3/8″ wide , and has moulded detail that gives the illusion that there are many seedlings. Could look fantastic with an old dolls house or miniature garden setting.
