Late 1800s Dutch Miniature Silver Chair – Imported Hallmark London 1893 @ £42.00

It has taken me a while to work out where this originated from, but here is a delightful miniature silver chair, with hallmarks galore underneath relating to the Netherlands for late 1800s. On the front of the chair back there is an import hallmark for London dated 1893, along with the importer’s initials SBL (Samuel Boyce Landeck). Amongst the continental hallmarks underneath is the grade mark of 930, which is a higher quality than the usual 925 Sterling Silver. It is in a good used condition. Measures 2 3/8” chairback height x 7/8” sitting height x just under 1” at widest point x 7/8” deep. This is a lovely and unusual item, rarely comes along.
