Vintage Barton Console Television @ £14.00

Here is a lovely vintage Barton wooden console television, the main exterior body is in a golden varnished finish, the two doors are a slightly darker shade of varnish – a nice touch.  It has two opening front doors to reveal a square celluloid screen and textured round speaker, plus drilled holes in the wooden panel for illusion of controls. There is a hint of old brown glue marking on celluloid screen top edge, but otherwise this is in a good played with condition. Measures 1 1/2″ wide x 1 1/2″ deep x 2 1/2″ high. Nice item and so evocative of its era.
