Vintage Decorative Candle Holder @ £12.50

Here is a lovely vintage decorative candle holder, with a slight brown tint around the base. I think it is celluloid and not glass. Its exact age and origin is unknown. Some remains of wax and candle wick can be seen in the lower half of the holder. It measures 1” in diameter x 7/8” high. The handle protrudes ¼” further.
