Vintage Male Dol-Toi Doll In Persian Costume @ £8.00

Here is a vintage Dol-Toi male doll in Persian costume. He has a woollen covered wired body with plastic head and heavily aged gold painted lead feet. His costume comprises of a purple felt fez, a grey gown edged in gold braid and huge green trousers. There is heavy glue staining around his shoulder area and down the front of his costume. So overall I would describe him as being in a reasonably good but well played with condition, some wear. He is not in such a grand condition as his female Persian partner who is also up for sale.  Maybe he could benefit of having something draped around his shoulders to hide the staining. I hope someone out there can give him a good home! He measures 3 ¾” to the top of his hat.
