Vintage Plaster Roast Chicken @ £9.50

Here is a vintage plaster roast chicken (or could it be a turkey), age and origin unknown. It has the feel of a commercially produced item though, as the textured and painted exterior is rather realistic. As you can see, there is some slight damage to the end of one of the legs, plus there is some minor scuffing of paint. A nice touch is the appearance at the neck end of being filled with stuffing. This would look fabulous in your old dolls house kitchen, pantry or even in a dining room setting. It measures 1 5/8” long x ¾” at highest point. So quite large in scale.
