Vintage Plastic Version Of Barrett & Son Cat In Basket @ £4.95

Here is a sweet little plastic version of Barrett & Son’s cat in basket. The original version would previously have been made in lead. The black cat has a white patch on its chest, just like the lead version. The yellow basket has moulded features, again just like the original lead version. On the base it has the makers mark and wording embossed, as follows: B&S LONDON ENGLAND. It is in a good played with condition. This plastic version was sold by Barton. The basket measures 1 1/8″ wide x 7/8″ deep, and the lying down cat fits snugly inside.
