Antique Art Nouveau German Fireplace @ £39.00

This wooden fireplace dates from the early 1900s, and comes in original dark stained finish. The grate has lovely fretwork detail and attractive turned elements. It  belonged to the grandmother of previous owner and has been stashed away in a loft for decades. There is a beautifully embossed floral design deorating each angled side of the fireplace, so very art nouveau in style. This is a solid and very attractive fireplace, which would make an amazing centrepiece for any old dolls house room. Overall, this is in an excellent played with condition, hard to believe that this is over 100 years old. Measures 3 ¾” wide x 1 ½” x 3 1/8” high.
