c1950s DCMT Crescent Grey Speckled Metal Gas Cooker Plus Frying & Grill Pans@ £42.00

This is a lovely 1/12th scale metal gas cooker in a grey painted finish complete with white speckled painted effect over the top. It was made in the 1950s by DCMT/Crescent. It has an opening door that reveals both removable interior shelves, which is refreshing to see as they are so often missing. There is a useful upper plate rack and a moulded gas hob, plus a grill recess underneath. Along the front edge are moulded control knob details. On the door front is the moulded lettering DCMT CRESCENT. Underneath on the base, it is marked MADE IN ENGLAND.  A nice addition to this cooker is a DCMT Cresent frying pan and grill pan, both are in a yellow painted finish with black handle. The cooker is in a relatively good played with condition, but as you can see from the photos, there is some wear to the exterior paintwork but nothing major. There is a little wear on the pans too. The natural wear just adds to the charm in my opinion. Measures 2″ wide x 4 1/4″ in height x 1 3/8″ deep. Lovely item!
